We stayed here for a week as a family of four visiting from the UK. The accommodation was well-equipped so we could cook for ourselves but there was plenty of eating options nearby. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax in the evenings. Breakfast was comprehensive with plenty of choice for the whole family. We found the staff welcoming and helpful. Overall, we would recommend this hotel

Place is old. Pool was open but locked down not running and not heated. Coffee was terrible. Beds comfortable. Front desk Maria very nice and helpful.

The place needs proper attention.. garbage left in the corridors over night, no one to pick it up.. smelly place… no proper ventilation Shower handle broken.. all of a sudden water temp changes It’s simply the worst hotel I have stayed in over my entire life

Extremely pleased.
We had a 3 nights stay at this location last week and cant say anything less than an amazing experience. The hotel is very clean, front desk and the staff over all is very professional. Service staff was punctual and did a wonderful job. Will book it again!

Very disappointing
The most nastiest and disgusting experience we've had with a Hilton brand. The bathroom was dirty with pinkish to orangish grime and bacteria on the walls. Called the front desk and showed us another room in which the bathroom was dirty too and sink had a huge crack so we said no. We went and bought bathroom supplies and had to scrub that bathroom. The entire kitchen table full of dry dirt in the creases. The other tables were all dusty as well as night stands and tv stands all dusty. Mirror dirty as well. Just a very disappointing stay, to pay all that money that wasnt worth it. It leaves a scornful feeling.

Really liked proximity to highways, restaurants and movie theatre. First couple of days were great, then seemed extremely crowded with a huge and somewhat loud group of sports team(s). The front desk provided great customer service which was much appreciated. I would stay here again.

Worth the Cost
Excellent hotel. Stayed in the jacuzzi suite. Spacious, clean, lots of restaurants nearby. Hot buffet breakfast was great as well.

Shopping weekend The Heartland Shopping Centre.
Very nice property however room was dry and the hallways very hot and uncomfortable. While free breakfast was appreciated, eggs and potatoes were terrible. Front Desk service was excellent as were seasonal decor and property overall. Beds ok if a little soft. Shower excellent and towels and linen good quality. Will stay again next time in Mississauga.

Great Family Stay
This was a great choice for my family, since we were in town for a family wedding. It was a suitable distance to all wedding events and close to major roads, highways, and grocery stores. Having a kitchen in the room was also a nice amenity as well as 24 hour access to tea, coffee, and hot water not to mention a shop to purchase anything you may have forgotten. Their breakfast was also top-notch with all allergens mentioned, and cookies during the weekdays. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and family.

This room we had said we had a fire place which didn’t work bc they had shut off the gas, there was a huge crack in our ceiling, a dried up Contact lens that was dried up to our sink area, mold in our shower, floors where dirty in bathroom and closet area. Also we used the jacuzzi tub and there was dirt left from the Previous person. Very expensive and the place was dirty and not working items. It may be a different experience for you but, this is the experience we had.

I was disappointed because I was travelling with my baby of 4 months and had called a day before to reserve a crib. Ive been told that everything has been taken care of to learn upon check in that no crib was reserved and theres no note on my file that i needed one. I was asked to drive to a nearby hotel to get one if i really needed it...... what the hell Long story short i managed to sort it out myself as my husband and I always prepare for plan B... The next day.... fire alarm kicked off around 4 pm... i was with my baby getting her ready for nap. I ran outside to the reception to see if someone can give us more info on it as there were no smell whatsoever. SURPRISINGLY there was NO one at the reception desk. Not a single worker to direct or give info to the hotel guests nor to receive the firefighters ... It ended up to be false alarm, the reception desk personnel flee way before the guests hmm what the hell #2 At night, there were a big family who check in the rooms around ours.... there were a mix of men n women. The women would go in n out of all the rooms drunk with bottles in their hands etc... i have ntg to say at 9pm, then at 10pm, 11, midnignt... all the banging, yelling in the hallway persisted till 2-3 am....... Will i go back..? Nop

Great Accomodation
Great stay, high rate. King room suite with pull out couch was laid out comfrotatbly with nice kitchenette and table. Pet friendly. Front desk staff was very helpful. Morning Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Dining area was comfortable. Coffee is robust and tasty. Outside courtyard with picnic seating, barbecues, and a one basket basketball net. Close to 401 on off ramps.
