➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guests will have a full access to the entire unit, please make yourself at home. For parking, paid parking areas around the building is available. All these parking are event dependent, starting $5 per half hour to $50 max full day.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.

Superbly located on 14 York street with a transit score of a perfect 100, surely this place is a rider's paradise! World-class public transportation and car sharing from Zipcar is available. Streetcars/buses run frequently and City Bixi bike rentals are also available.



Within the city, the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates an extensive system of subways, buses, and streetcars, covering 1,200 km (750 mi) of routes. A single flat fare applies for any trip within the city regardless of distance or transfers required with the exception of contracted routes that travel outside of the city and downtown express routes.
