Good quiet spot for longer stays

Great location that is near the city but quiet. However, the TTC options around are pretty unreliable so you may need to rely on uber/taxi. The apartment was great, though bed was a little small (we’re tall) for 2 people. The washing machine and drier was good but the outlet for the washing machine isn’t securely fitted to the drainage, it’s only secured with zip ties which were loose when we arrived hence the water started to drain on the floor. Luckily we caught it and could tightened the zip ties, but this should really be checked.

Such an unexpected surprise (meaning: I booked this hotel for a concert weekend and completely forgot what I booked). Didn’t realize this was basically a full apartment with two bathrooms and three (yes, THREE) showers! Super new and well designed room, although the hallways between all the towers gave big “Severance” vibes and felt like the final boss after walking home from our concert. Once we got our bearings as to where we were in relation to the address, ride shares were much easier. The neighborhood is super walkable with a ton of great shops! Our unit faced the train tracks but we didn’t mind the noise at all, we even took a nap with all the windows open and just enjoyed the city sounds.

Just spent 10 days here and it was lovely. Cleanliness seemed fine, would have liked some hand soap in the bathroom as well as kitchen but one of those things. Our view was lovely, had apartment A716. It was facing King West but was plenty quiet with the doors closed. Lovely to sit out in the sun and watch the world go by. Lift situ can be a bit confusing, we were told to follow signs to the Tower A lifts which involves a few long halls ways but discovered towards the end of the stay we could just use the Tower B lifts. Much quicker for our apartment. Lighting is a bit minimal! Was just about enough and I do like moody vibes but could have done with a bit more in the bedroom. Same with a little more storage, some units with drawers next to the bed instead of the fancy tables would be much better. Main negative was the bed, just a bit to hard for us. Topper softened it a bit but it moved and got lumpy. Not the worst bed I've had at a hotel though. Aircon was also a bit annoying, quite noisy when 'on' and when 'off' was still on really to circ air I think. So was never totally quiet. Area is great though, good transport links, stores/bars/eatery's all within walking distance. Would give it a five if not for those couple of things. 100% would stay again.

Overall, we had a great stay. It was a bit difficult to find our place. The instructions weren’t totally clear and the walk was quite long in high heels. The parking instructions also weren’t very clear, but otherwise it was a beautiful space with a nice view.

Property was large , clean and comfortable. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Easy walk to BMO field. Once I figured out the principle of code access to elevator, room and building then everything was easy. Would recommend.

This was a great property to stay at and I really enjoyed it, however getting in and out of the parking garage was very confusing this may be the apartment's problem not Sonder's. We eventually had to follow someone out of the parking garage to get out but other than that it was a great stay

After requesting an extra blanket and fan a few days prior, we arrived to find neither in the unit. There were no blankets at all for the pull out sofa bed. Corresponding with the chat was useless. Finally found a phone number to call and someone brought blankets from a sister hotel. By the time someone arrived it was almost 11:30 at night! Oh and they brought a heater not a fan! Unit and building were fine, great location, just not a good way to start.

The property was very clean and quiet, with no noise from nearby units. The building and garage are a bit tricky, but signs (including helpful yellow ones in the garage) make navigation easier. Extra towels were quickly delivered via the app. We used the food hall connected to the building and found that it was convenient when we were in a rush. This was our second Sonder stay, and we love the apartment-style setup we will definitely book again.

I have never had a worse check-in experience, and the hotel/apartment complex is confusing and difficult to navigate. The parking garage might be even worse in that regard. The difficult check-in had nothing to do with the staff on site; it had everything to do with terrible instructions, beginning with giving travelers the King Street address only, not the Shuster way address. The room was very nice.

The apartment its self was great! Very clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. We were right at the elevators and rarely ever heard them. Nice view of the lake from the balcony! It is quite a trek to get to the unit and a bit confusing, but after the first time, easy enough. To get to Exhibition Stadium (or Budweiser stage) it is a quick walk through the go station at the end of Atlantic. There are many great places to eat in the area and we enjoyed the convenience of a grocery store right next door. We parked at the outdoor parking at Lamport stadium which is just across the road and cheaper than the $40 a night offered in the building. I did get towels delivered using the chat feature in the app, but had another challenge that would have been much easier sorted out by an in-person human. I would say that is the sole drawback of this property, not having a human on site to reach out to.
