This condo is on the 69th floor and offers 2 Full bedrooms that include a bedroom with an ensuite. The patio itself is 300sqft and gives a total square footage of 1150 sqft. Perfect with the price insensitive guest who wants a little more out of the standard 2 bedrooms in Toronto. Plus enjoy a quick 2 mins walk to the beach!!
