In this accommodation you will be close to bars, restaurants and small shops (pharmacy, grocery store,...) moreover, you will have beautiful beaches just a few kilometers away such as: Canuela Beach, Golf Course Beach, Guadalmar Nudist Beach, or the beautiful San Julián beach with beautiful colors, clean, peaceful and without crowds.





For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:

1. You must sign a lease agreement

2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
