This 40 m² apartment is on the seventh floor with lift access and features modern décor. It has a pleasant balcony-terrace with sea and city views—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day.



Fully equipped for a comfortable stay for 2 guests. The bedroom has a 150 cm double bed, and the living room offers a 140 cm double sofa bed. Beds can be prepared separately upon prior request. Amenities include Smart TV, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, and a balcony-terrace with sea and city views. The building provides communal parking.



There is a large communal pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing on warm Torremolinos days. The pool area also has a bar service, perfect for a drink without leaving the premises. Important: the pool is a seasonal facility. Please check opening and closing dates before your stay.



The location is ideal for exploring Torremolinos on foot: beach, center, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops are just minutes away. If you want to visit Málaga, you can easily reach it by bus in about 20 minutes.
