âWe were driving around the vineyards having no reservation for the night. Searched a bit, looking for something not too touristic and preferably with a pool.
Couldnât have stumbled over anything better than the Castello.
A warm welcome by what turned out to be the current owner and mastermind behind the tasteful refurbishment. We got a room in the recently expanded part with direct access to the garden and pool area.
We opted for dinner in the bar in the evening, a good choice and well presented...
