  • Fantastisk 3 sovrum 3 badrum Villa ligger nära Torrevieja centrum och bara 7 minuters promenad till havet och Los Locos Beach. Villan ligger på en ganska bostadsväg och inom gångavstånd från lokala restauranger barer butiker stormarknader etc. Inuti finns ett fantastiskt vardagsrum fylt med ljus och 5 meter högt i tak, modernt kök med alla huvudapparater, 3 sovrum (2 dubbelsängar med privata badrum och ett familjebadrum, villan har luftkonditionering i hela och ett europeiskt satellitsystem ( vissa engelsktalande kanaler). DVD-spelare, musiksystem, på övervåningen är ett andra stort vardagsrum med sittplatser, urval av läseböcker plus trådlöst internet och gratis Wi-fi. Utanför finns en stor skuggad terrass med sittplatser och matplatser och en grill och en privat pool, 2 solstolar.


    Villan ligger på Av de las Gaviotas i urbaniseringen Los Angeles, Torrevieja är en tyst bostadsväg nära Torrevieja centrum och bara 7 minuters promenad till havet, massor av bra lokala restauranger som erbjuder alla typer av mat, bra barer och kaféer butiker stormarknader banker etc. Stor plats har allt inom gångavstånd - bil behövs inte om du inte vill se.

Very nice house and pleasent surroundings. Los Angeles bar and tapas at the end of the short road with line dancing for the locals but anyone can join in. The house was clean and modern with plenty of space. The 3 bedrooms were large with A/C which we need as the weather was exceptional. Outside the pool was a godsend as the temperature was up in the 30's we all spent a lot of time cooling down in it. There is a large supermarket,Consum, which is only 5 mins away. The beach is maybe 10 mins away with buses running along every 15 min or so which will get you in to Torrevieja for a few euros. There is a bus from Alicante airport which will get you to Torrevieja for 6euros so all in all a fantastic house in a good area with plenty going for it. We all were very pleased with my selection and would definitely book it again. The hosts were friendly and accommodating with the check in and especially out as we need extra time to get the taxi. So all in all 5* all round.

A great time in this lovely villa

We hebben een geweldig fijne tijd gehad in dit ruime en gezellige huis. Wifi prima. Heerlijk zwembad. En vooral een zeer hartelijke, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, het huis is mooi en ruim alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf en een mooie zonnige tuin.10 minuutjes lopen naar het strand een paar minuutjes vanaf een supermarkt en restaurantjes genoeg in de omgeving.De eigenaar Mikel en zijn zoon Unai hebben ons hartelijk en warm ontvangen.Zeer aardige mensen en heel behulpzaam.Wij komen zeer zeker terug. Excellent destit

Lovely family orientated holiday, close to all amenities, short walk to beach and supermarket, bar and restaurants close by, house was clean, spacious, good Aircon,WiFi and fans, good pool area. Mikel was very friendly and great host. Highly recommend this house. Stayed for two weeks would have loved to stay longer.

Was sollen wir sagen, es war ein großartiger Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus. Wir waren 4 Wochen in dem Haus, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter, Miguel, ist ein super Typ. Wir hatten nette Gespräche. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Alles Wichtige ist in kurzer Entferning erreichbar. Auf jedenfall empfehlenswert auch und gerade für Langzeiturlaub, Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Good location. Villa was perfect for out family everyone had their own bathroom. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Beach 15 minute walk and the shopping center is around 25 mins walk. We went to Los Angles a few times which is less than a minute a way. We played paddle board there. Mikel was very helpful.

Wonferful find

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. We arrived late and Mikel's son Unai met us with supplies that he had picked up for us. The villa was everything and more, every thing you needed was provided, the shopping trolley was a god send! spotless clean, pool cleaned twice a week. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, local town of Torrevieja 15 minute walk. Good restaurants and bars all reasonably priced. Never slept so well, quiet area. Thank you so much for letting us stay! Hope to visit again very soon.

Family Friendly Home

This traditional family home in a residential area was just right for our family of 6 aged between 1-59. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away with a restaurant/sports bar around the corner playing fabulous live music most evenings. The closest beach is a 10/15 minute walk which also leads to lots of bars and restaurants all the sea front. The private pool is also lovely. Mikel is a fabulous host who goes above and beyond what one would normally expect from a host…extremely helpful. Great home from home!

Very clear communication from the owner right from the start. Villa is perfect in every way and lacked nothing pool was ideal for cooling down and sunbathing on the terrace. Small local restaurant and entertainment two minute walk. Lovely peaceful quiet area. Excellent supermarket a 5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to the quiet end of torrevieja but quite far from the busier part. Easy to get taxi from the villa but not so easy to get back although restaurants often help by booking them for you once you have eaten. Thanks very much for sharing your home we had a lovely stay

Amazing villa in a fabulous location. Communication from start to finish with Mikel was exceptional. Very friendly offering local recommendations whilst also respecting personal space. The villa itself was spotless! Having air conditioning in all rooms was a bonus and enabled a great nights sleep in very high temperatures. Pool was definitely a highlight and I really didn’t want to leave it! Teenage and young adult sons enjoying the Padel courts only a minute walk away, along with pool tables, air hockey, drinks and bar food. A 15 minute walk to beach.Definitely hope to return in the future. Thank you for everything Mikel!

August family holiday

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks and had an amazing time.The villa is fully equipped and the pool is a good size and provided our 2 boys with plenty of entertainment.The host Mikel is a lovely friendly man who greeted us on arrival and was there to say goodbye when we left.Throughout our stay Mikel answered any queries we had straight away which was great. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and a 20 minute walk to the town where there are lots of restaurants and bars.We got a taxi on an evening which cost around 6 to 7 euros and saved us the walk in the heat.Situated across the road from the villa is a bar and restaurant called Los Angeles which served lovely Tapas,cocktails and a wide variety of other drinks.We loved our stay and will be back next year.

We will be back!

What a find! We are regular visitors to Torrevieja and this was our first time staying in this house, but it won't be our last. Mikel is an excellent host and he made everything easy for us. The location for us was great, it's a short walk to the beach and from there it's nice just to wander along the front where there are many bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket close by and also its easy to get the bus to neighbouring La Mata from just a street away. The house is well equipped, everyone had their own bathroom, the kitchen had things like salt and pepper etc, there is a TV with access to Netflix etc (but to be honest we never even switched it on as all our time was spent outside). Huge thanks to Mikel for making us so welcome. We can't wait to come back

Great villa with pool for family holiday in Torrevieja

We really enjoyed our holiday, the villa was very well equipped with everything that we needed, even beach towels and beach umbrellas were provided! The owner, Mikel, is a great guy and was extremely helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is located in a quite residential area, with the beach and supermarkets within a gentle 10 minute stroll. There's a restaurant approx 100 yards away, that has a huge outdoor pool and had entertainment most evenings; we had tapas one evening and went for a BBQ also, both were good value. We didn't hire a car as we have stayed in Torrevieja before and enjoyed strolling along the beach promenade in the evenings. We stayed with our 2 teenage girls (wifi worked fine 😄) during August 2019, the weather was 30 deg.C plus every day, so we're glad that the villa had sun shades, air con and a swimming pool to cool down in. The beds were comfy and it was great that all bedrooms are ensuite. We walked to Aquopolis water slide park, which took approximately 20 minutes and really enjoyed the slides. We would definitely recommend the villa for a relaxing family holiday. Martin, Jo and family

Trevligt och gemytligt litet hus med mysig terass och skön pool. Hyresvärden Mikel var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig, erbjöd bl.a. skjuts till affären vid incheckningen.

Nice house and a very helpful host!

We had a lovely week in this house. We were a family of seven, 5 adults and 2 kids. The house had everything we needed - and the kids just loved the pool and we enjoyed using the barbecue spot in the evenings. For a nice day at the beach, we would recommend you to go to the beach in La Mata, it's just a short bus ride away (and also possible to walk if you're up for that). The bus stop (bus A2) is close to the house. Miguel is the perfect host, he welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful at all times - from the day we booked the house until we left and flew back home. Thank you!

Semester

Vi hyrde stället 1 månad. Beskrivningen stämde väl överens med verkligheten. Det enda negativa var att sängarna kunde ha varit bredare om man sover 2 personer ihop. Annars så var vi jättenöjda med huset och poolen var lagom stor. Läget var bra, lagom promenad till stranden och till restaurangerna vid strandpromenaden. Ägaren Mikel var hjälpsam och väldigt trevlig.Vi skulle lätt hyra stället igen och rekommendera det till släkt och vänner.

A perfect week in Torre Vjeja

Miguel is a nice host. He helped us with informations about the city. The flat had everything (except dishwashwer). We had a perfect week with sun and no clouds during the whole week. Golf during the day and a swim before we walked to restaurants (we can recommend "The sunset restaurant" att the beach for evening meal. Most evenings we cooked dinner in the house. We would certainly like another trip to and stay in Miguels house. (Best wishes from three couples of grown up golfers from Sweden)
