I am disappointed to receive this review. As a gesture of my good will I personally gave a non-refundable refund straight back after your complaint in August, so to read the only reason you have made this review in October is because you were having problems recovering the deposit is extremely unfair. I would like to clarify a few points in response to your complaints The TV does work with DVDs only, we did advise this before your arrival. The radio is decent but looking back on your previous email it had to many Spanish Channels for your liking. I am sorry about that but that happens in Spain! Oven and toaster were not working or clean. They are in good working order and clean. Again unfair after I advised if you were not happy with anything or have any problems such as lifting the blinds in the bedroom our housekeeper is only a phone call away and I believe he was happy help you on all of this. A little late now but I am confused and baffled from the complaint about the sun brolly. There is a huge canopy the size of the villa that covers the whole area of the terrace for shade. I can only assume that you missed it. My findings after looking at our photos and your complaints are we only have 2 dining room chairs instead of 4 and the cushions for the 4 chairs outdoors have been replaced with new, simply because of wear and tear. Thank goodness the above complaints are all you have to grumble about. Personally, I am pleased you didn’t find fault with the bed, bedding, towels, bathroom and toilet as that’s what’s most important, suggesting nothing of real importance was really that wrong, especially considering what you paid for a week in high season for a villa with a pool. This guest puts me in the mind of the lady who went to Benidorm recently and complained about too many Spanish being in her hotel.

Hello Patrick Thank you for your review. We must apologise we are new to renting the property and we did not realise the air conditioning unit was not working until your review we are now in the process of replacing this. The photos listed of the bridges above the pool are older, the complex decided to have them removed I will update the pictures. Hi Janette Thank you for your review I am pleased you had a lovely time at the Villa, as you know we are new to renting and we did not know how to reply until now... The solarium is upstairs and is always accessible...? so I can only presume you mean the air conditioning could not be used. This is something we are processing. Thanks again regards Peter.
