Villa Finca Los Elfos with Mountain View, Pool & Wi-Fi

Overlooking the mountains, the villa impresses guests with its fantastic views. This property consists of two buildings (the main house and a studio) situated next to each other but not interconnected. The 120 m² villa includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. The villa features Wi-Fi (available only in the main house), air conditioning, satellite TV with Chromecast, and a washing machine. There are two heaters on the property: a gas heater (available for an extra fee) and pellet stoves (guests must bring pellets themselves).



Children are welcome, and a baby bed and high chair are available. The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool (cleaned twice per week and closed between December and March), a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, and a private barbecue with gas. The swimming pool is equipped with solar heating, but a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed.



The villa is conveniently located within a 2 to 15-minute drive (582 m to 5.4 km) from restaurants, cafes, bars, and a supermarket. The scenic Playa del Peñoncillo beach is a 24-minute (14.6 km) drive away, and the nearest airport is a 56-minute (69.3 km) drive from the villa. Free parking is available on the property.



Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Towels are available for an extra fee. Please note that the final stretch of road to the property is an off-road track; hiring an SUV or a car with all-wheel drive is recommended. Be aware that governmental water regulations may be in place during your visit, which could affect pool use, garden watering, or tap water usage.
