Domus Adele is an apartment located in the basement of a house on Via Saba, in Porto Frailis Bay, one of Tortolì’s most popular tourist destinations, just 200 meters from the beautiful beach with its crystal-clear waters. The house features a reserved parking space and a garden.
The interior opens onto a spacious entryway leading to the living area, tastefully furnished with new, modern furniture. The living area includes a dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people, along with a double sofa bed and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a full set of appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as everything needed to cook comfortably during your stay, including utensils and accessories.
The living area leads to the sleeping area, which features a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Amenities: stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (sweet and regular coffee), microwave, pots and pans, dishes, and various kitchen accessories, clothesline, washing machine, iron, bed linens and towels, air conditioning, barbecue, mosquito screens, reserved outdoor parking space. For electricity usage, a maximum consumption limit of 10 kW/h per day—multiplied by the number of days of stay—is established for the tenant for the entire duration of the stay. If this limit is exceeded, the additional costs for electricity consumption, calculated at €0.60 per 1 kW/h, will be charged to the tenant.
A security deposit of €500 is required.
