Residence Virgilio is a very nice and cozy Residence, located in Toscolano Maderno, just 5 minutes by car from the beach and the lakefront of Maderno, where you can access the boat service, which takes you to all the resorts of Lake Garda and 10 minutes by car from Salò: a charming town with a wonderful lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars and stores.



Apartment Green,located on the second floor, is composed as follows: entrance into living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, large equipped terrace, Lake view with electric awning.

The apartment is within a residence of 4 units. In common with the other apartments there is a large solarium area available by reservation.

Toscolano Maderno lies on a wide promontory enclosed between the romantic port of Toscolano and the picturesque Gulf of Maderno. The area enjoys a very special microclimate comparable to the Mediterranean climate.

The municipality of Toscolano-Maderno is located on the Brescian shore of Lake Garda, which is 40 km from the provincial capital Brescia.



Toscolano and Maderno are two distinct centers: Maderno tourist vocation. Toscolano of industrial origin: famous are the paper mills in which paper money was printed until 1948. The paper museum set up in recent years with a view to industrial archaeology is much visited.



The two centers are ideally divided by the Toscolano stream. It appears that Toscolano has Etruscan origins and Maderno has Roman origins. In 1928 the two towns were united into a single municipality.



ARRIVAL BY CAR

FROM THE NORTH: Highway A22: exit Rovereto Sud, follow signs for Riva del Garda and then for Salò then Toscolano Maderno.



FROM THE SOUTH: Highway A21 Piacenza - Brescia: near Brescia take the A4 towards Venice Milan, Venice. Brescia Est exit. Continue on SS45 bis Gardesana Occidentale towards Salò and Riva del Garda then Toscolano Maderno.

A22 Brenner Modena motorway-at Verona Ovest take A4 Venice Milan direction, Milan, Desenzano del Garda exit. Follow signs for Salò and Riva del Garda, arrived in Toscolno then follow for Gaino.



FROM EAST:A4 highway: exit Desenzano del Garda, follow signs for Salò and Riva del Garda, once arrived in Toscolano- Maderno then follow for Gaino.



On the roof of the building there is a solarium area.
