Located in Toscolano-Maderno, in a dominant position overlooking the lake and hills, within a residence with swimming pool "Le Olive", an apartment with 2 bedrooms for a family holiday or group stay for up to 5 people.



The apartment, equipped with exposed wooden beams, welcomes guests with the spacious living room featuring a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can access via windows a covered private terrace, equipped with a dining table and chairs for outdoor meals with a splendid lake view; the apartment also benefits from a private garden at the rear, ideal for families with children. The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC. Completing the layout is a mezzanine area above the living room with air conditioning, where a double bed is located, a chest of drawers for clothes, a flat-screen TV, and a second additional bathroom with sink, bidet and WC. Inside the private garage there is also a small laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Toscolano and Maderno, both home to fishermen and famous for their paper mills, offer two welcoming bays ideal for sailing enthusiasts, fishing and for all water sports, not forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno can boast a wide and well-serviced beach that organises parties and events, on the lakeside in the large green area of the former Hippodrome, such as regattas and trophies with music and dancing of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of local typical products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, which is located in the beautiful Valley of the Paper Mills, thus an opportunity to turn a cultural visit into a nature excursion as well.
