Welcome to our beautiful Maison Bellini, which has been completely renovated in 2021!

The four apartments, which were only completed in 2022, are located in an attractive detached house, surrounded by a lovingly designed garden with a pool.

Modern and with upscale furnishings, the apartments are ideal for a relaxing holiday. The small holiday complex is only a short walk from the beach, the lake promenade and the center, and there is also a children's playground just a few steps from the house.



The apartment Maison Bellini number 3 is a wonderful apartment suitable for up to 4 people, which is located on the second floor and with private entrance on the first floor with a furnished balcony.

The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, another bed is in the living area on the comfortable double fold-away bed. The living room with fully equipped kitchenette and dining area leads to a small balcony. The large bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.



In the outdoor pool you can refresh yourself on hot days and then relax on the sun terrace in a deck chair.

A parking space at the house belongs to the apartment.

Toscolano-Maderno has a wonderfully mild climate. The nature with cypresses, holm oaks and olive trees is great. It is a pleasure to wander through this idyll. Just enjoy the time in a beautiful Toscolano-Maderno holiday apartment. You will never be bored. The 4,000 square meter bathing beach, which has recently been wonderfully expanded, takes care of that. And if that's not enough: even a golf course is available in the municipality of Toscolano-Maderno. If you want to look elsewhere, just take the ferry (which runs all year round) to Torri del Benaco. The Scaliger Castle from 1383 and many other sights await you here.

The location is suitable as a starting point for day trips to the beautiful cities of Verona, Brescia, Venice and around Lake Garda.

The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are around 35 km away for a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.
