- A bedroom with a very cosy queen-size bed (160×200), dressing area and a large French window opening onto the balcony
- A shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit, illuminated mirror and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.

Exterior:
- An 8-meter-long balcony covered with artificial turf to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is located in a very pleasant neighborhood at the gateway to Toulouse city center, along the Canal du Midi.
It's close to all amenities: between the Canal du Midi and Claude Nougaro metro stations, buses, shops, bakery, organic grocery store, restaurants, Toulouse Matabiau SNCF train station...).

Transportation :
- If you choose to come by car, there are several paid public parking spaces at the bottom of the building and throughout the street. Parking is free from 7pm to 9am.
- The Canal du Midi metro station is a 5-minute walk away.
- Toulouse city center (Jean-Jaurès metro station) is a 15-minute walk away.
- From the SNCF train station, it's accessible by metro (take line A and one station later get off at Jean-Jaurès, then take line B and get off at Canal du Midi). It's also possible to walk there in about 20 minutes, or 5 minutes by car.
- From Toulouse Blagnac airport, the apartment is about 10 minutes away by car.
