Located in a residential area of L'Union, the house includes the Gîte de Sainte-Maxime on two levels and the owner's business premises on part of the ground floor. A small garden welcomes visitors at the front of the house, and they have a large private terrace at the back, surrounding the swimming pool reserved for them (6x4m, heated to 28°C and open from June 15th to September 30th, protected by a security shutter). A relaxation lounge, sun loungers, and built-in barbecue are available. Free parking is available in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.
