Le Chill is a 20 m² ground-floor studio in the Jeanne d'Arc district of Toulouse, a short walk from Gare Matabiau and the Canal du Midi. Double bed, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, walk-in shower, Wi-Fi and TV. Pet-friendly. A simple base for two travellers — couples, solo travellers, business or leisure stays — with the Capitole and city centre 20 minutes on foot or a couple of metro stops away.



The Space:

Le Chill is a contemporary 20 m² studio at 67 Rue Raymond IV, between Gare Matabiau and the leafy banks of the Canal du Midi. Ground floor, opening on a small ledge facing the street.

- Open kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, small fridge, kettle and full set of crockery and utensils

- Bathroom: walk-in shower cabin, basin, hairdryer, separate WC

Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire 20 m² studio for the duration of your stay. The space is on the ground floor and includes the living and sleeping area, the kitchen, the bathroom and a small street-facing ledge. Self check-in via smart lock; the access code is sent once your booking is confirmed.



The Neighborhood:

Le Chill sits in the Jeanne d'Arc quarter, a quiet residential neighbourhood east of the city centre. The Canal du Midi is roughly three hundred metres away, offering peaceful walks or runs along the towpath. Gare Matabiau, Toulouse's main railway station, is about a five-minute walk north. The Place du Capitole and the historic centre are approximately one and a half kilometres to the west, reachable in twenty minutes on foot or a few stops by métro. A selection of bakeries, restaurants and convenience shops line the surrounding streets within two hundred metres.



Getting Around:

Gare Matabiau is the closest major transport hub, roughly a five-minute walk from the apartment. From there you can catch TGV trains to Paris, Bordeaux and Barcelona, as well as regional services. The Marengo-SNCF métro station on line A is adjacent to the station, connecting you to Jean Jaurès in one stop and Capitole in two. Several bus routes pass along Rue Raymond IV and Boulevard de Strasbourg. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is accessible via the airport shuttle from Compans-Caffarelli, about twenty-five minutes in total. If you arrive by car, paid street parking and nearby car parks are available.
