Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4!
Our cozy STUDIO has a mezzanine with 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. After exploring the area, retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned space and curl up to enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with TNT! You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.
Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM, which features a bathtub and a separate WC.
In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of hotplates, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. In the morning, enjoy the on-site breakfast service, offering continental breakfast from 8 am and 10 am, for an additional fee of âŹ10/adult, âŹ5.50/child (4-11 years old), and free for children under 4 years old.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.
Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of âŹ300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. An end of stay cleaning is included!

Our space is conveniently located close to the Parc des Expositions et Centre de Conventions de Toulouse.
