LOCAL FAVORITES

• Food & Drink: For a taste of local life, the Sunday morning market at Mons (approx. 20km) is a Provençal institution — pick up charcuterie, cheese, and lavender honey. In July and August, the night market at Saint-Paul-en-Forêt (9km) is perfect for a summer evening out.
• Outdoor Activities: Lake Saint-Cassien (7km) offers supervised swimming areas, paddleboarding, and kayaking in a stunning natural setting. For something more adventurous, the Blavet Gorges (22km) are a favourite for rock climbing, and the Esterel Massif (20km) has excellent hiking trails through red volcanic rock landscapes.
• Places to Visit: The hilltop village of Seillans — classified among the most beautiful villages in France — is just 10km away. Explore the open-air village museum of Tourrettes, right on your doorstep, and don't miss the drive through the perched villages circuit of Pays de Fayence — Callian, Montauroux, and Fayence are all within 15km.

There are 2 BEDROOMS in our 57m2 duplex house which features a Double bed in each bedroom. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 additional guests. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €16/kit. Beds can be made on arrival for €10/bed.

Prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM. Towels are not provided but can be rented on-site for €12/kit.

After a day of lounging at the beach, retreat to our cozy LIVING AREA. Step out onto the TERRACE and relax on the garden furniture. Looking for something to watch? Turn on the TV.

Whip up a meal in our KITCHENETTE, which features a hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Need some coffee to wake up in the morning? We've got you covered: our unit comes with a coffee maker!

If you are bringing a car to explore this beautiful area there is FREE parking available on-site.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning (except kitchen) will be provided for €60. A cleaning kit can be rented for €3.90.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Callian, one of the 8 villages of the Pays de Fayence, is just a 9-minute drive away where you'll find spiral alleys around the castle and towers dating from the 12th and 13th centuries. For water adventures, visit Lake Saint-Cassien. If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite restaurant is Café Des Arts, just an 8-minute drive away.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €300 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning, or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.
