The villa (8 guests) features a heated pool (10x5 m), terrace, pool house with summer kitchen, pétanque, and table tennis. There are 3 double bedrooms and an independent studio with private entrance (2 guests). The master bedroom on the ground floor has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double sink. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and separate toilet. The studio includes a kitchenette and private bathroom. The open kitchen has an island, 5-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, and overlooks the garden and pool. The utility room offers a dishwasher, washing machine, and large American fridge. The living room has 3 m sliding doors to the terrace. Bedrooms have air conditioning, and there is fiber-optic Wi-Fi.



Practical: Non-smoking. Charging electric vehicles is not allowed. Rental possible in low season, flexible arrival. Final cleaning is available for an extra fee. Electricity use preferably during the day thanks to solar panels; part of consumption included.
