âSome of the staff were very service-oriented. We had an issue with the coffee machine, but they replaced it quickly. The fire alarm also malfunctioned in the morning, but they promptly fixed that too when we requested it. The beds were a bit narrower than we would have preferred, and breakfast is not included. The parking is convenient but costs extra. Stamford is expensive compared to other places, so you get more for your money elsewhere, but it was safe, clean, and overall a good experience.â

âProperty under renovation. Too many steps to elevator with heavy luggage. 5 steps landing then 5 more steps . Wonât change at hotel. Wouldnât go back.â
âWe're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??
Other than that (and the expensive parking fee), this hotel is...

The scent of the lobby was delightful -, beds were a little smaller then expected but everything else made up for it- outdoor pool was saltwater and freshening but very quiet area breakfast was a charge but deliciousâ
