“From checking in to checking out, hotel staff were courteous. I felt safe since the room entrance was outside instead of within the hotel. Nice breakfast with hot and cold food selections. Hotel is within a 45 minute drive to the Smokey Mountains entrance. I would stay here again.”

“We have rented many vacation homes, this one was the best ever. It was peaceful & the views were amazing. It was very clean & we had everything we needed to fix big family meals. There was plenty of space inside & out. The game room was a big hit with the children. If I had to use only 1 word it would be “comfortable.” ”

“We came to Townsend to celebrate our 32 wedding anniversary and this home did not disappoint. We were minutes from restaurants and things to see and do. We also saw a momma bear and her 2 cubs from the back porch! I also give the lady that owns this home a 10/10 as well. I will definitely be back again! This review is coming from someone who has stayed in over 75 or more rentals over the years. ”

“Just as advertised. Centrally located despite being very scenic. Great for our 16 month old granddaughter with sturdy gate on the stairs, pac and play and high chair on site. Plenty of room for 7 adults with living area and bedrooms both up and down so the early birds didn't disturb the night owls. Dining for 10 and huge well kitchen stocked with everything we even thought about needing. Kitchen on the second floor so probably not good for people who can't climb staira unless they want to...
