“This was by far my favorite hotel experience I’ve had. If you get a premium room, you receive a private lounge and rooftop bar, as well as an onsen. The lounge had free wine, whiskey, snacks, you name it. And the room had complimentary face masks, brushes, skin care, etc for NO extra charge and they would replace it every time your room was cleaned. It was a bit pricey for 3 night, but based on all the free additives they give you it was absolutely worth it. ”
“The hotel’s location is unbeatable - just steps from Odori Park, the metro, and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped for short stays. The dryer was a bit tricky and malfunctioned during my visit, but the senior front desk staff handled it promptly and efficiently. Overall, an excellent stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo”
“Unwind most definitely lives up to its name and slogan. It really offers the charm of a ski lodge and the comfort of a home.
You instantly feel welcome by the multilingual receptionists that brings refreshments during the smooth check-in procedure. While the hotel is quite small the rooms are roomy yet cosy and warm. “Very new and nicely decorated hotel with good location. Only negative part is that they have no gym and their pilllows are ”stiff” typical japanese pillows. All menys etc were in Japanese. Not so used to foreign guests it seems”
“It was a good room but unfortunately some other guests smoked electric cigarettes in their room and the smell came in my room. always at night. Hotel had to be more clear and restraint about non smoking policies. otherwise it was a good staying.”
