“One modest hiccup. Our rooms had two TVs and 3 different remotes. All 3 were on the same counter with no guides or operating instructions. Very confusing for a couple of technology challenged 80+-year-old seniors. All we wanted to do was watch a specific program on a live broadcast. Finally figured it out after 20 minutes of trial and error. ”
