“Every thing was good have no complaints.”

“I wouldn’t pay for what we did again for this hotel. The property is poorly maintained. While they have a kitchenette in the room, the utensils and pots and pans came at an additional cost. The bathroom was gross. We didn’t even take a shower because the floor of the tub was rusted. The toilet was rusted as well. There was no hand soap for either sink, bathroom and kitchen. The room was very loud, the ac unit sounded like a woodpecker was banging on it all night. We would not come back again.”

“The elevators weren't working and the only quiet room was on the third floor. Had to carry suitcases by hand. The room was old, in need of some bathroom calking, black mold underneath the old one. The breakfast did not carry any tea or decaffeinated coffee. The buffet restaurant they recommended, next door, looked like a free for all, dirty sticky tables and chairs. Not sure the all food was safe or eatable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“My wife is diabetic. The refrigerator and freezer were not working properly. In the bathroom, when washing our hands and brushing our teeth, the water pressure was severely weak, almost to a slow drip barely running. We thought maybe just do to the long day. My wife tried to shower that evening the 22nd of May and was afraid the water pressure would not rinse her completely. I showered the next morning the 23rd and had the same experience both shower and sink. Thank you”

“Nothing special as l and not worth the EXTRA $75 they charged me once I got there. No warning about that little gem of a gotcha charge. A basic room across from the gym and bathroom for $375 was ridiculous!! I’ll never stay here again and I’ll warn all who have ears to stay away from this crooked establishment!”

“At check-in, the toilet seat wasn’t installed, it was just sitting loose on top of the stool. They asked at check-in if I wanted housekeeping during my 3 night stay, and I said I did on the second full day. When I got back that day, no housekeeping had happened. When I asked for fresh towels and why housekeeping didn’t come, I was told that I must’ve had a do not disturb sign on my door. Funny part is, I didn’t even have a do not disturb sign in my room to put out; I actually looked for it the...

“Rooms were very good. Toilet was to low. No grab bars were installed in tub for safety.”

“Only stayed for a few hours so I could catch a very early flight. Wasn’t able to take advantage of breakfast as I left before 6 AM. The room was clean and provided all I needed for the short stay.”

“We stayed for a family wedding that was happening not too far away from the hotel. Most areas around the hotel were less than 20 minutes away. The hotel was very convenient in terms of distance, it was also comfortable and clean, and my family enjoyed their stay!”
