A cozy 100-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a villa WITHOUT an elevator.

The property is located in the southern part of Trani, nestled in a rural setting; the area offers a perfect balance between rural tranquility and access to urban amenities.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, a patio, a covered parking space, a garden, and a shared pool.



The apartment is laid out as follows:

- KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, oven, and various kitchen utensils; dining table, TV, and split A/C.

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed.

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a single bed, a sofa, a closet, nightstands, a TV, and split A/C.

- BATHROOM with shower stall (small step to enter), sink, bidet, and toilet.

- Private PATIO (access from the kitchen; please note there is a step) with a table and chairs.

- Covered PARKING SPACE.

- Shared GARDEN.

- Shared SWIMMING POOL (8x15 m) with lounge chairs available for guests.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via split units (1 in the kitchen and 1 in the bedroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer, washing machine (in the outdoor laundry room), covered parking space suitable for both compact cars and SUVs, shared garden and pool.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The SWIMMING POOL is NOT for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests; it is SHARED with the villa’s other guests and any outside visitors.

- The SWIMMING POOL is available from June through September (depending on weather conditions, it may open as early as May and close as late as October); it will not be accessible during the following time slot: 7.00-10.00.

- NO LIFEGUARD.

- There are STAIRS to access the apartment.

- A CAR IS REQUIRED to reach the property and to get around the area; the property has a COVERED PARKING SPACE.

- THE FIREPLACE IS NOT USABLE.

- Please note that there is a DOG in a fenced-in area at the entrance to the property.



7 days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharge:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.
