Located in a quiet neighborhood about seven miles from the shores of Lake Tahoe and eight miles from Heavenly Mountain Resort, you'll have fun at your fingertips no matter what time of year you visit. Play a round of golf at the Lake Tahoe Golf Course before exploring the trails near Echo Peak. Do a little fishing on the rivers or rent a boat to get out on the water. In the winter, you can shred the fresh powder at Heavenly or do some sledding right out in the big backyard.



Kick off the snow from slopes or the dirt from the trails and get warm next to the gas fireplace. Fire up the gas grill while you check the forecast with the free WiFi.



The fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances you need to prepare a meal for your group.



Things To Know



Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.



WiFi can be spotty in the mountains.



This home is not equipped with air conditioning.



The patio furniture is seasonal.



The BBQ is seasonal



Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway only.

Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines or towing.

Please make sure cars are parked fully within the driveway and not blocking sidewalks or neighboring properties.

Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats are not allowed.



Garbage and recycling should be stored in the big metal bear box next to the driveway. There is a latch on the front of the bear box. You will lift the latch with your hand when opening and closing the bear box. Our bears are pretty smart. DO NOT LEAVE THE BEAR BOX UNLATCHED. This will ensure that the local wildlife cannot get to your trash.



NOTE: The city of South Lake Tahoe takes the safety of their wildlife and the beauty of their city very seriously. So please never leave garbage outside overnight as the wildlife will find it, and guests will be responsible for any clean up or fines that may occur.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire A-frame cabin, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living areas. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and utilize the free WiFi. Outside, you'll have access to the big backyard, deck, and gas grill for outdoor cooking and relaxation. There is also free parking on the premises.

Getting around Everness Dawn Retreat is easy! Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. While a car is recommended for exploring South Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas, you'll find that many attractions, including the shores of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Mountain Resort, are just a short drive away. The nearest major airport, Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO), is approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive from the cabin. Consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for transportation within the area. Public transportation options are limited, so planning ahead is advised. Enjoy your travels!

Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The property has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Free parking is available on-site. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Please be aware that WiFi can be spotty in the Tahoe area. This cabin is located in an area where you might encounter wildlife such as bears, raccoons, and rodents. Please keep food stored properly and be mindful of your surroundings.
