"Service was on point, and so was the localization. However the receptions localization and breakfast is in a building 100m away which wasn’t that big of a issue. The biggest problem we had was that there was a lot of noise from the street outside but also from within the same building, this made our night sleep quite difficult. The bed was not so comfy and there was no hair conditioner available. The tv didn’t work but we didn’t come to watch television in lake como. The place was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was varied and they offered gluten-free alternatives. Overall a bit expensive for what you get. "

"Kan vara bra att veta att det är en bit att gå från Bellagio upp till boendet. Tar ca 15 minuter och är mycket uppför med dålig trottoar. Men är fullt görbart 1-2 gånger om dagen! När man väl kommer upp till boendet är det rent magiskt! Helt otrolig utsikt, bilderna gör det inte rättvisa. Tyst, lugnt och helt underbart! Fräscha rum, trevlig personal, bra frukost. Det framgår inte riktigt i beskrivningen; men du kan beställa en enkel måltid på kvällen - chark och caprese. Dessutom finns en "vin-maskin" där du kan välja bland ett antal viner och 3 storlekar på glasen (provning 1,5 euro, halvt glas 6 euro, fullt glas 9 euro). allt registreras på ett kort som du sedan betalar för vid utcheckning. Kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe!"

"Fint, familjärt boende med god standard. Matsalen var ok, något begränsat utbud men mycket goda viner. Frukostbuffé var superbra. Nära till vandringsleder. "
