The living room features a dining table, television, and a comfortable sofa. The spacious bedroom includes a large wardrobe, and there's a convenient bathroom with a comfortable shower enclosure. The house is situated in the historic center, and guests can reach it by car, parking available under the building for a daily fee of €10 on the blue lines. Bus stops and ferry embarkation points for the islands are 200 meters away. The beautiful Tramontana Walls beach is just 800 meters away. The area around the house is well-serviced, with amenities within 50 meters, including a bakery, pharmacy, butcher, restaurants, produce market, fish market, places for aperitifs, car rental, supermarket, and cinema. Upon request, you can rent 2 bicycles for €10 per bike per day or €50 per bike per week. Basic complimentary items, including bath soaps and toilet paper, are provided upon arrival. Bed sheets and towels are supplied based on the confirmed number of guests at the time of booking. Please TURN OFF all lights and air conditioning upon departure.
