  • Right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail! Walk to downtown Traveler's Rest for some great bites and shopping. This charming craftsman home is a 4 bedroom 1 bath home and sits on over a half acre lot and boasts a gorgeous, large pool. Plenty of space for a family gathering or friend's reunion right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Bring your bikes and cool off afterwards in the large swimming pool, or sit out on the front porch. You will feel right at home. The pool area has plenty of seating: Two separate dining areas, outdoor couch, 3 loungers, & outdoor umbrellas. Throw some burgers on the gas grill and let the kiddos run around in the large yard. Sit out on the front porch and watch the cyclists ride by. Our home is lovingly decorated. There are plenty of books and games for when you just want to stay inside. The large sectional leather couch, in the living room, is a great place to gather and plan out your days in the Upstate. Our beds have received many compliments. Our linens are soft and carefully picked out to make your stay comfortable. Our original vintage kitchen is charming with modern appliances. The farmhouse bathroom has a large shower and sitting bench with plenty of towels for your group. The home has a whole house water filtration system, so it's safe to drink the water. We hope you'll choose to stay with us and enjoy our charming town.

    Please note: Although the yard is completely fenced in, the pool is not. This property has a pool that does not include a 4-sided isolation fence so added supervision is necessary. Children should not be left unattended.

We loved it and would stay here again. It is conveniently located, restaurants, coffee shop near by, the trail, right in front of the house. The hosts were great and made sure we had everything we need for a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Perfect pool in fun town!

The pool is as fantastic as the photos make it look. We enjoyed having the space to spread out across the 4 bedrooms, and it was fun being within walking distance of Tandem (fantastic waffles and crepes) and parts of downtown. We spent 4 days here on a family getaway for no reason other than the pool, and it did not dissapoint!

Great place!

Great home in a great location on a great piece of property. It is right on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, only a 5 minute walk to TR and 5 minute drive to Furman campus. We want to come back when it's warmer so we can use the gorgeous pool!

Love this place

We traveled with another couple and the house was perfect for us. The pool is great after a long bike ride. The swamp rabbit trail is right in front of house. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Look forward to another stay

Lovely cottage

We had a very comfortable stay at your charming cottage. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The flowers were a welcome surprise, along with the cute welcome sign. Your backyard was a nice place to sit and relax, too cold to swim, but the weather was perfect. It was a very relaxing stay.

Nice place to rest

Nicely updated home with lots of room for a small family. Love the personalized welcoming touches from the owners that show they really care. The one thing that could have made it perfect would be better water pressure for the shower, but 99/100 ain’t bad. Thanks for sharing this nice home with us!

Perfect vacation

This place should be on everyone's to do list. I have been is9ng VRBO up to three times a year for the past 15yrs. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The house is a little older, but that is what adds to it's charm. The host Eva is amazing and very responsive. I hope Tobe coming back. Even my 12 ur old old granddaughter wants to come back. Thank you EAva and JC for a spectacular trip.

Great House

We loved this house. It was well taken care of and clean. It was conveniently located for what we want to do on our trip. After our daily adventures, the pool was an excellent way to cool off and unwind. Owners are pleasant, responsive, and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have extra padding for the beds. They weren’t the most comfortable, but we made due. We would definitely rent this place again.
