Great Location
The condo was very spacious. It was a 10 in terms of cleanliness, upkeep and furnishings and was in a great location. Would recommend staying here if you want to be close to downtown and need a spacious place to stay.

Great space
We loved our time in TC and this condo played a part by being in a great location with the ability to walk to just about anything. It was nice to have off-street parking with an assigned spot too.
The condo was super clean and more spacious than expected. We loved it.

Wine tasting with friends
Loved the property and location to everything and the time with friends was priceless. Very nicely appointed condo with modern amenities and super comfortable, making it easy to sit back and relax. Nice touches with the robes, Keurig coffee maker and complimentary bottle of wine. Enjoyed the stay very much and will probably come back.
Only complaint was the service charge, four different tax charges and cleaning fee (even though we had to run dishwasher, start laundry and pull sheets off). Added approximately another $450 in charges (for 3 nights) which would have likely altered my decision.

Traverse City Getaway
This condo is beautiful not to mention the great location. Literally right across the street from the lake & beach and just a couple minutes from all the shops & restaurants. The host was very prompt on replying to my messages. I highly recommend this property. Weâll definitely be back!

Property beautiful! Parking horrible could possibly ruin your vehicle. No one one to communicate too at all by text message only. At check out was asked to take out all garbages and put laundry in the washer (Towels and Bed Linens) and have it done by 11:00am check out time. I have never been asked to do any chores before on vacation and I travel often especially for the rate of this place (Crazy).

Great time!
Everything very nice & satisfactory. Its not beach front its across a busy boulevard. Bay view would be better discription. Couple things to note, there is no Front door entrance-they are labeled East or West door. Was a bit confusing. No parking pass in unit to put in our car during our stay. Could of used a cutting board. No complaints otherwise-great place convenient to everything.

Visit to MI
This was a great place to stay, location was perfect and itâs has a beautiful view of the bay. We were close to just about everything we wanted to do. Parking is onsite and you are able to walk to the downtown area (about 10-15 minutes)
We had a slight hiccup with check in. Room was said to be ready however, it was not cleaned from previous renter. I called to report and they were extremely fast to rectify the situation and there was no disruption in our vacation. They did a great job!
Loved it here- weâll be back.

Traverse City- 539 Bay St
This is a mixed review- and we enjoyed our stay overall. The property itself was mostly as described and very clean. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch!
Iâm our opinion however, there a couple of misrepresentations from the listing. The most important to us, concerns the location regarding proximity to the lake. The photo and the wording both completely fail to acknowledge the 6 lanes of traffic between the condo and the lake. One of these roads is 1-35 and was constantly busy and noisy. The patio is 3 feet (maybe) from Bay St and itâs sidewalk. The listing photo was not taken from the apartment we rented or was heavily edited at minimum. This should surely at least be mentioned in the wording for the listing so guests are at least clear on proximity to traffic and noise, if not lake views!
The hosts did not respond on either number they had texted us on when we couldnât access any streaming services on the TV- and the touchscreen information monitor has very limited information on it- as if itâs a not quite fully finished website. The television heading said only âtelevisionâ. There was no other information folder etc inside the condo, so we couldnât stream for the duration of the visit- it actually seems that itâs not available based on the remote supplied. Not that big a deal to us, just annoying, as was the lack of response from the host.
The parking spots are extremely tight. The code entry system works great but the condo front door is very hard to open.
