Beautiful, clean and comfortable
This apartment was lovely, very comfortable, clean, and felt brand new. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. The wine was a nice treat. The location on Bay Street was great, despite the road construction and detours. Hopefully, that will be finished soon. The walls are a bit thin so you may hear traffic and other guests but while it was noticeable, it was not too bad.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo
My wife and I stayed 4 days for our 35th Anniversary, it was quiet, comfortable and impressive. Upon our arrival, the host had left us a complimentary bottle of wine! Thank you for the hospitality!!! We loved the 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms, 1600 Sqft was awesome to move around in and price was great for 4 days, the only thing we didnât like was we couldnât get Netflix on Roku and the master bedroom bed was very noisy, also the floor board was noisy on my wifeâs side of the bed every she got out of it. Other than that, everything was great.

Your condo was exactly as advertised. Spacious and well appointed with breathtaking views of the Bay.
Iâd only offer two constructive criticisms; (1) hid all the cords on living room tv⊠they make a terrific room seem a touch less terrific. (2) simplify your instructions on setting room temps⊠we are not geniuses but weâre not dummies either. And (3) provide better quality to for your quests. Your condo is superb but your to is subpar.

Great stay!
When we arrived there was an issue with heating. Management responded quickly and got us into another unit. We loved 403. Beautiful place with lots of room. We would recommend 539 Bay Street!

Beautiful condo
Our stay was wonderful. The place was so bright, comfy and clean. We had a great view of the bay from the living room and master bedroom.

Stay in Traverse City
Fall leaves and wineries were great. Condo was very nice. Our problem, we could not get any cable channels except Roku. People our age like local channels - news, programs. Pillows need replacing, very flat. Overall, nice stay.

Awesome but with Problems
The location we had 303E was gorgeous and lived up to our hopes of view, location, and overall modern luxury stay. The check in process, texted codes, and info screen inside was great and your automated system worked without a flaw. Place was well cleaned but floors were very dirty. Processes are very automated and still not really working well with concierge and checkout. View is awesome but note that traffic noise is considerable (however impossible to avoid and be along the strip without it). Location to dunes, downtown and Al round about the best you could ask for. Communications with property management wasnât the best and needs improvement.

Location, location, location!
Aside from being a spacious and well appointed condo, the views of the traverse bay were stunning. All we had to do was walk out of the building and within a block was downtown and across the street was the beach.

Great stay!
The property is as advertised, very clean, open and comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen was not completely done when we stayed so a couple drawers had screws sticking out that we had to worry about with a toddler but overall, itâs a great condo and weâd stay here again. Something to consider would be adding in a luggage carrier similar to a hotel to make bringing in our luggage and supplies easier so you donât have to make so many trips up and down.
