Chic Newly Remodeled Condo in the Historic Commons
This stylish and newly remodeled condo on the top floor of the historic Grand Traverse Commons is perfect for your next adventure to Traverse City! Walking distance to hiking trails, boutiques, eateries, coffee shops and breweries. Luxurious furnishings and very spacious, a perfect spot for couples or families.
There are three bedrooms in this pent house condo.
One king with attached bath for the master.
One queen pullout sofa bed in its own private room on the main floor.
One queen up the spiral staircase in the loft room
The other full bathroom is on the main level.
All new mattresses and bedding.
Open floor plan with an extra large kitchen that is fully furnished. All new appliances. High ceilings with sky light make this space bright and inviting.
Each room has their own TV with full cable.
All paper products, towels, linens, soaps and conditioners are provided.
Enjoy the whole condo and the many amenities of the Village.
Miles and miles of hiking trails right out the door as well as boutique shops, eateries , a cider house, brew pubs and coffee shops on site. Take a tour of the grounds and learn the history of the historic buildings. It is about a 10 minute walk to West Bay and Downtown Traverse City. There are covered bike racks on site if you would like to bring your bike. Free onsite parking.
Come and enjoy a little slice of history while pampering yourself in luxury.

We enjoyed a wonderful family Thanksgiving here - perfect amount of space, kitchen was well stocked with almost all we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal and communication with the property manager was great and very accommodating. Thank you for providing us a great place for Thanksgiving!

The condo was beautiful and super clean! Didn’t realize that 1 of the bedrooms didn’t have a wall that went to the ceiling. I know that the loft didn’t. It was okay though. I would reserve this place again in the future!The host was communicative and gracious!

Great Location - Amazing Condo!
This property/condo is amazing! Our family of 5 enjoyed our week long stay. The property is in a great location and it’s so close to everything in Traverse City. The building used is very historic with many shops and restaurant. Our host, Beth, was super easy to work with and very accommodating. She provided great instructions. The condo itself is top notch. It is very clean and modern. We will certainly stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay!
My 4 sisters, my mom, and my 3 month old came here for a surprise 60th birthday weekend for our mom. The place was very spacious, extremely clean, and had EVERYTHING we could have needed. Check in was extremely easy. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the property as we didn’t have to leave the building most of the time! Breakfast, coffee, dinner, shopping…it has it all!! We will be back for sure!

Best Part of the Trip
I brought my fiancé to Traverse City for a business trip, and an extra day away from home. The penthouse suite at the Commons is awesome, we really didn’t want to leave and venture around town because it was so cool. The property manager was very helpful for our few needs, and we can’t wait to come back. Everything you need is here, you don’t need to bring anything, and be prepared for a great vacation in this property.
