What a great spot to visit the Traverse City area. From this location you can head west to the dunes, north up Mission Peninsula or just walk into downtown. The condo was very clean and ready for us to arrive. We spent our evenings on the rooftop patio enjoying the view. Thank you Archie and Vince

Didn’t like having to share one bathroom with another couple on the top floor. A lot of stairs to carry suitcases up. This VRBO would be fine for young people, but not for older folks.

Location, location, location

Great property at a great location. Everything was as advertised, and we had a great stay right downtown traverse city. We’ve always loved coming to Traverse City and this property was a great alternative to the very average hotels in the area. Everything was super clean and the owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

We stayed three nights. The location was fine as we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. We didn't realize until after we booked that we would have two separate units. There were too many stairs in each unit. Carrying suitcases up two flights of 16 steps each was daunting. One of the units did not have furniture on the rooftop patio. Also, we thought we read in the description of the units that there was a hot tub located somewhere. We never saw a hot tub. The garage was too small for our vehicle, therefore we had to park in the parking lot. On day two, the lock box battery failed and we had to lock the dead bolt on the front door, then exit and enter through the garage. The day after that the battery on the lockbox of the second unit failed.
