Condo with Beautiful view
The condo is beautiful and exactly what we we needed for a long weekend. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. Its on the outskirts of TC, which is nice because it was quite.

Perfect for our needs
My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved this property! Bedroom was spacious with plenty of room to store our luggage without feeling cramped, even had a luggage rack available which helped. Bed was comfortable and had several pillows to use. Very large bathroom had stacked washer/dryer in the closet if needed and the jetted bathtub was such a relaxing way to unwind at the end of each day. We loved watching the water from either the comfy couches in the main living area or on the balcony with our morning coffees (saw bald eagles too!). One thing I appreciated most was the very secure yet easy to use keyless entry touchpad. We had the same code all week, but the numbers display in a different order each time, so it would be nearly impossible for an onlooker to figure out your code. I've never seen that before and was so impressed! Sleeping wasn't a problem for us, but for anyone sensitive to light and sound it's probably good to know the bedroom window faces a somewhat busy road and only has vertical blinds to block light. The standup shower was also a little small and didn't have shelves for toiletries, but that wasn't a problem for us either. So many good things to say about this place - I was so happy we found this gem and would absolutely consider coming back!

Great location on beach
Loved having beach and heated pool. Condo was clean and spacious. Only dissapointment was instead of this newly renovated room they gave us another room that was not updated like this photo, and had small tvs. ( said thr room we origionally rentd had fruit flies) Would rent here again.

Great place
Overall a nice place to stay for my husband and I having a little time away. The view and the ability to sit in the living area with he screen door shut to relax while listening to the waves hitting the beach was wonderful. The beach wasnt crowed but didn't seem like enough chairs on the beach to accommodate but that was fine for us since we preferred to be down there when no one else was, sunrise and sunset. The only downside to the place was that the bed could be updated for a better night's sleep for the guests. The shower head should be replaced as it leaked from the wall mount, the holder was broken and the spay part had some glogged areas so it didn't spray well. Hopefully at least the shower head is replaced soon but we would stay again.

Traverse City trip
The property was great and the view of the bay was absolutely amazing and beautiful. We would absolutely stay there again. Small gripes about the showerhead and faucet needing an update, the jet tub having parts that need replaced (likely beyond cleaning), and the toilet seat that won’t stay up kept the trip from being perfect. I would give it 4.5 instead of 4 but it wasn’t an option.

Nice view of bay.
The property needs some updates. Not a lot of lighting in the bedroom. Needs a new Keurig machine as the one they had did not work very well. There was a regular coffee pot to use, however, we brought our own coffee pods for a Keurig. The ice maker was off and no ice was made. Could have used an ottoman or some footrests for the couch area so it was more comfortable sitting back and watching a movie. The view was nice from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay!

10 Year Anniversary
Pretty accurate description. It would be nice if they made the stay a bit more personal to the patron with maybe a welcome note or something. Also, change the lighting in the living room and kitchen. The fluorescent makes the accommodations very sterile and not very warm or inviting. Also, bring your own coffee filters. Knowing what I know, I would stay there again being a bit more prepared.

Everything we needed for a long weekend.
Access code was texted to us in advance of check in time and it was super easy. Cart for luggage wasn't available. Towels were soft, dishwasher and washer/dryer we're helpful plus the jacuzzi tub in the room was great.

Great stay
Check in process was easy, location is great if you are wanting to stay right in town, the lake was beautiful. We were moved to a different unit prior to our stay but it was just as nice as the one photographed.

Based on recent reviews I was hoping that the management company would have made improvements to their housekeeping. Previous reviews are spot on. There were still a few dishes in the dishwasher, didn't know if they were clean or dirty. The slants that were missing from the vertical blinds in the living room were in a cardboard box that was stored between the furnace and the water heater. Definitely a fire hazard. The jacuzzi tub is nasty & cracked. It's hard to sleep because the blinds don't block out the stairwell lights. Definitely need room darkening curtains. The road noise is bothersome as well. The resort is at a light and the bedroom is at the back of the unit, you constantly hear road noise. Previous reviews mentioned decor as garage sale finds and that is so true. It's not even shabby chic. The couch broken down and that Keurig is no longer there. Bottom line..keep looking there are plenty of other places to stay in Traverse City.

Not what I expected from a VRBO
Living room blinds were broken, bedroom blinds did not keep the light out from the outside lighting There was a footprint on the ceiling. Only one washcloth and only the one roll of toilet paper on the holder, no extra and the dishwasher was left full of clean dishes.

Beautiful
The condominium was beautiful and the location was fantastic. Kitchen items were sparse so if you want to do any kind of "major" cooking this may be a challenge. There are basics which is good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bedroom could use better curtains that keep the light out better especially since the window is right where people walk by. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves,

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean, nice, and we LOVED the private beach. The condos are well sound proofed, offer a great view, and are close to everything. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

Nice place
Great place except for the couch which definitely needs to be replaced. It was in very poor condition. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay with a great view and very comfortable bed.

Loved the location!
The condo was perfect for our short get away. Loved the location. The bedroom needs more lights or a option to open the blinds. There was a issue with the dishwasher making a noise after it was off. Brought up to management and was told to run it again, that helped a little but still made a noise every other hour. Hopefully they fix that.

Great Stay
The place was great- very clean and a great view! There was a large living room area and the drive was not too far from town. A few small things were a little off-putting, like the staff not wearing masks indoors during check-in and a having near empty toilet paper roll that was used by previous guests in the bathroom.

Blessing in disguise
We found this condo after losing a house in TC due to Covid. What a blessing! We had plenty of room! We rented Jet skis right on our beach. Only issue was pool was not ready :( but when they have pool tiled, it will be AMAZING!!

Lovely room, property needs updating
The room we stayed in was updated, clean and a great place for a family. I was a bit surprised, though, that this was a condo 'hotel.' The property itself needs some updating and maintenance. The beach was lovely and really fun, but the chairs were super old and dirty- ragged looking. This place has great potential as a whole.
