Summary:

This fun, new 2 bedroom/2 bath cow themed suite is located in the heart of Slabtown, Traverse City steps away from a favorite local burger joint and beverage store. Slabtown Suites is only minutes away from downtown Traverse City.



The Space:

The modern, open floor plan and funky interior design is the perfect spot to host your family or friends in Traverse City, MI. Cook a wholesome meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax on the plush couch in the attached living room while watching television.



The stylish main bedroom holds a comfortable king size bed with a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and has an ensuite bathroom! The charming guest bedroom holds a king size bed, closet, and a flat-screen.There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen and we do provide a couple of single serve coffee bags to start your stay on the right foot.





NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to HuluLive. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)



Other perks of this suite include a convenient washer and dryer, full bathtub and shower in the guest bathroom.

Very nice place. Riley was great to deal with. Very quick to reply to any concerns. The only issue was there was a smell from the laundry room. We ran a cycle through the washer and purchased a couple of air fresheners.

Location was good in a cute little area called Slabtown within walking distance of downtown Front Street. Was well stocked and clean. Could of used more storage area for folded clothes in bedrooms but was overall a great place to stay. We did have an unpleasant 1st night due to rowdy neighbors above us who partied till 5 am but the rest of the week was pleasant and comfortable.

No complaints about the property or location. Four stars only because we could hear the 3rd floor guests above us at all hours. Not sure they went to bed so guessing insulation between floors is terrible. They smoked on the balcony above us, ashes floated down and their cigarette butts littered the parking lot. So 5 star property with 4 star guests.

Overall it was good. The location is great and the condo is essentially clean. There were a couple of issues that we noticed. First, the shower with the tub unit did not properly drain. So my husband and son in law worked to get it drain better and found a large hair clog in the drain (picture of the issue included). Secondly my daughter was sitting on a bar stool and crossed her legs when she was punctured by a nail under the bar (on the wall) that had not been properly finished (picture included).

Clean and modern

Great location, clean, modern look. Well equipped kitchen. A few problems: There are no shades on the windows and the curtains don’t cover them when closed, so the privacy is lacking, especially in the bedrooms. The pillows are like bricks, so we had to go buy some soft ones. There are no drawers or shelves in the bedrooms so you have to live out of your suitcase. And the water pressure in the shower is terrible. Aside from these things, it’s a lovely, convenient spot.

This is a great place to stay, the location was just out of the busy city streets that noise was no issue. Also we have a Wagoneer and parking was no problem at all. House was super clean and organized, we were impressed. Make sure to try Mundos coffee and Sisters cafe for breakfast, both walkable.

Mini Family vacation

We loved our stay! It was close to downtown, restaurants, golf and more. It was a mini vacation added on to our daughters soccer tournament. It was very quiet and very relaxing. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for our stay!
