Our condo does not provide designated parking spaces however we are adjacent to the Old Town Parking Garage, which offers FREE parking on Sundays/Holidays & Mon-Sat 6pm-8am ONLY on the ground level. More details below.

-4 EV stations for your convenience on 2 floors of the parking garage

Parking Options:



Old Town Garage: Enter gated area off 8th Street (between Ivy and Capri buildings). Park on 2nd floor near the south elevator, walk across catwalk and you have arrived.



Fees apply: $1.25/hour $20 max/day, 7 days a week.



$35 monthly permit available on city website



Alternative Ground Floor Public Parking (same garage):



Enter Old Town Parking Garage off 8th Street west of Ivy (no gates), pay at Master Meter or ParkMobile app, take elevator to 2nd floor, walk across catwalk. Fees: $1.25/hour and overnight parking at no charge from 6 pm - 8 am



FREE PARKING on residential streets south of Condo (PLEASE READ SIGNS AS THERE ARE RESTRICTIONS)



The Neighborhood:

Old Town is a part of downtown Traverse City. You can walk or bike to all the shops and restaurants, Clinch Park beach, marinas and more.



Getting Around:

Most of downtown is walkable from this location. Public transportation (BATA) has a free route (Bayline) in the city. Check out the BATA (Bay Area Transportation Authority) website for schedules.



Other Things to Note:

Our Condo is suitable for Single Individuals, Couples and Families.

No stairs required to access home or inside home (zero steps). Elevator access in the parking garage.
