  • This newly remodeled owners guesthouse is a clean two bedroom cozy cottage with new kitchen and bath on South Lake Leelanau. Offers a large lakeside yard with fire pit. Very private and quiet at the end of a private road, one-quarter mile off the county road. Conveniently located close to vineyards, farm markets, hiking, Lake Michigan beaches, shopping, dining, bike trails, The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the towns of Cedar, Suttons Bay, Northport, Leland, Glen Arbor and Traverse City. This house is in the center of all the county activities and is on one of the counties most beautiful lakes. Includes a mooring for anyone wanting to bring their own boat or rent a boat, launch ramp close by.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this charming home on the lake. It had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We could not get enough of the beauty that surrounded the property. What a perfect way to relax and refresh.

We had a great stay. The location was centrally located to the three major towns nearby (Glen Arbor, Leland, and Suttons Bay). We were pleasantly surprised that Cedar had useful amenities as well, such a a gas station, grocery store, hardware store, restaurant, and some gift shops to name a few. The Cabin was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything that you would need, as well as towels and linens. There was a wall mounted split unit that kept the cabin a good temperature. We would recommend.

This is such a peaceful and quiet property. Yet it is not far from many small towns and Traverse City. The flowers that surround the house are a real treat to look at each time we'd arrive and leave . The lake is warmer for swimmers than Traverse Bay with a sandy bottom and clear water. I spent hours floating in it. The air conditioning made it so comfortable during the high 80 and low 90 degree days. Firm mattresses on both beds provided us with a great night's sleep. The owners were a joy to talk to.

This is the nicest, cleanest cabin I have ever enjoyed staying in. Nice atmosphere, quiet. I need to cook for dietary reasons and the kitchen was very nicely equipped which is always a big plus for me. I enjoyed my week here.

Really nice quite spot, its super clean and well maintained! I'd stay there again it was perfect for the 3 of us on our 3 night stay! The fire pit right by the lake was great it also has a really nice gas grill we took advantage of that. We cooked in several meals the kitchen was well set up.

Cute Lakefront Cottage

The Cottage was the perfect place to rest after a long day of wine and beer tastings around the Leelanau Peninsula! The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage was cozy with great views of the lake!

Unbeatable sunrise

Situated on the west bank of Lake Leelanau, "Drag On In" offered a restful stay. Easily visit Traverse City, Sutton's Bay, Cedar, Leland, and Northport. Gracious hosts and a cozy vacation home make for an excellent visit.

Very Clean and Nice Amenities

My wife and I stay in Northern Michigan every fall and have stayed at several VRBO’s. This one was one of the cleanest, in a great location and had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway.
