The host was the best I ever rented from. They acuttaly called me a few days before we arrived to see if they could do anything. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Our stay was good. The view was as listed, looking over the Bay. Most everything was very nice. Only thing I would suggest to the owner is new carpeting (it was really dirty). Or at least have it shampooed. You might want to list that the TV is ROKU only. If you don’t use ROKU you’re out of luck to watch regular TV. With the World Series on we missed two games. We were not going to pay for yet another streaming service. The outside furniture on the deck was filthy. We had beautiful weather for October and it would have been nice to sit there. Some positives. The bed was comfy. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice.

Beautiful property and was just as described. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Communication with the rental agency was great. Steps from the beach and very peaceful. Did hear some street noise but quieted down around 8:00 pm. No problem for us. Would definitely recommend for a getaway for 2 people. It did have a sleeper sofa for added guests.

This property was absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean and the host couldn’t have been better! He was always reaching out making sure everything was ok and was always quick to respond. The bed was comfortable and I loved having the extra throws to keep me warm and comfy while we were watching tv. I would definitely stay again!

Great location and very clean

Trip was a girls getaway for me and my two girlfriends. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the bay from the balcony was perfect for sunsets and being able to walk downstairs to the beach was amazing. Property contact (Troy) was super responsive with great communication. Would definitely stay again.

Last Minute Get-Away

Comfortable for 2 people. Bedrm faces highway with loud road noise. TV outdated/FireStick needed; living room sofa/chair uncomfortably hard; dishwasher/frig need repairs; cold-air return vent filthy (see photo); deck cleanliness an issue. Okay, the good part, the bedroom is comfortable and the beach is beautiful. You exit the building on its front side, and walk around it to get to the beach - a bit of a walk carrying beach items. The Property Mgmt company (Host) may be a problem if you book last minute and negotiate a lower price. We agreed to a price and were told by Host it was the Total Price including all fees and all taxes. We had to pay the full price on VRBO and later receive a credit back to our card from Host, which was smaller than we agreed. The host then told us the price we agreed on didn’t include the VRBO fee. Not cool and totally misleading. We worked with VRBO who had access to the communications and was very supportive. The host was responsive for our other needs.
Cold air return vent dirty and the furnace filter looked like it hasn't been replaced for couple years.

Great location

My only criticism is that the apartment could be kept a bit cleaner. There were spider webs and spiders around all the windows especially the back door wall. It seems the deck area is not cleaned on a routine basis as it was filthy and covered in insects. Otherwise, the apartment is great and in a great location on the beach with pool access!
