SP3 - The Bay View Brick (ny ombyggnad med fantastisk utsikt över bukten)

Perfekt för liten familj eller 2 par, eller ett enda par som vill ha rum att vandra. 4 vuxna max, även om vi kunde ge plats för ett extra barn eller 2.

Endast ett fåtal recensioner ännu om detta hem öppnade för affärer i slutet av förra sommaren, men i många avseenden liknar vår andra semesteruthyrning SP1-The Mid-Mod (VRBO # 848166). Kolla in dessa recensioner också för att se hur vi fungerar. Detta hem är ett större med mycket bättre utsikt.

Stora ombyggnader avslutade juli 2018. High end funktioner, inte din vanliga semesteruthyrning i detta område. 1200 kvm ft halvöppen planlösning med 2 bilmonterat garage. Allt helt nytt inklusive alla apparater, inventarier, möbler, sängar, sängkläder etc. 2BR, 1 & 1/2 bad. Några vintage-bitar för att lägga till karaktär.

Tillräckligt nära centrum av TC (ca 4 miles norr) och mycket bekvämt att utforska alla de fantastiska saker Leelanau County har att erbjuda.

Central luft. Nya elektriska, VVS och mekaniska för din säkerhet och komfort.

Charter Spectrum kabel internet (100 Mbps wifi), Netflix, Hulu Live, Amazon Prime och Pandora ingår. Vi klippte sladden. Ingen kabel-TV. Live TV tillhandahålls via Hulu Live på helt nya 49 tums Samsung Series 8.

2 nästan liknande sovrum (14 x 12ish och 10 x 15ish). Främre sovrummet har fin utsikt över bukten, delvis vy bakifrån.

1 anständigt spa-liknande bad (6 x 10) med stora badkar / dusch combo. 2 fartyg sjunker på 6 fot mitten av århundradet skåp med kvarts topp. Litet men riktigt coolt halvt badrum tillagat och snidat ur det befintliga garderobsutrymmet.

Fantastisk utsikt över vattnet från ett enormt högkvalitetsbildfönster. Tvärs över gatan från vatten med delad tillgång men mestadels obebyggd och liten när vattennivån är hög som för närvarande. Rum för ett par stolar nära trappåtkomst över skyddsskenan. Koppla ihop hundra fot strandlinje där du kan få dina fötter våta.

Stor ganska privat trädgård med ny stor betongterrass, grill och eldstad. Teakbord och stolar med paraply. Soligt på eftermiddagen men skuggat efter 5 eller 6 av stora mogna träd på backen i ryggen.

Mer lugn hängmatta plats på baksidan av fastigheten i en fin myrteplatta bland träden med en liten utsikt över bukten.

Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek lämnades kvar i källaren för att bevara bostadsyta på övervåningen. Källare gips, delvis färdig men behöver fortfarande arbete. (Golvet är ännu inte förädlat, väntar på att vara mer säker på att det förblir torrt.) Källaren är konstigt åtkomlig i garage. Ping pong bord i källaren.

A Cozy Winter Stay along the Bay!

We enjoyed staying at Tammy’s place and the views of Grand Traverse Bay. Despite the winter weather, her home was very cozy and we enjoyed sitting in front of the warm fireplace. We appreciate how clean and organized her home was, and the thoughtful touches in her home. Our children enjoyed the games and books as well. We hope to be back again soon!

Thanksgiving in Traverse City

Beautiful home with a lake view. Well stocked kitchen which worked well for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The gas logs gave a great atmosphere as we watched the snow fall outside.

Great location--close to so much to do!

Beautiful view especially at sunrise! SO much to do--quick 5 minute drive into downtown Traverse. I loved the binder in the house that had anything you could want to know! Nicely decorated and clean. Only thing I was a little surprised by was the road noise--but I shouldn't have been-it is right on M-22 just north of Traverse. Beds were super comfy but if you aren't used to traffic some white noise would be helpful! Wish we could have used the back yard it was super cute. We were too busy eating at great restaurants, visiting wineries, shopping and trails all close by! Tammy was a great host--it was easy top operate everything in the house with her written directions.

Perfect for a girls weekend

Great location to do the Old Mission and Leelanau Wine Trails. Amazing views of the sunrise on West Bay. This house is spotless! The only house I have ever rented where you can park your car in the garage.

Cute house peek-a-boo views super clean

The house was cute and super clean. My two favorite things were that it was meticulously maintained abd there were two equivalent size bedrooms. Since I was travelling with a friend it's always nice when both bedrooms are nice. Host was super communicative and have a little welcome note that was so sweet. Only complaint is that house is on a pretty busy street and it was hard to identify house especially in the dark would love to see light up numbers or like a wooden spinner in yard or something so keep your eyes glued to the gps and be ready to turn in at a seconds notice!

Most Awesome Home in Traverse City

If I could give this home 100 stars - I would!! The home was absolutely perfect!! The check-in process was super easy. When we arrived - the house was spotless. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. It has a fire pit and a grill. There is even ping pong in the basement. The house is so well decorated - I think we spent the 1st hour walking around looking at all the decor!!! Tammy was an awesome host and extremely quick to respond. Everything was perfect!! We are recommending it to all our friends!! Highly highly recommend!! Thank you Tammy for the best stay we have ever had in TC. We will be back!!!

Another wonderful stay

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at one of Tammy's houses during our annual trip to Traverse City, and it was a great experience again. The house is nicely appointed with mid-century modern decor, and has everything you need for a great stay. We enjoyed the fire pit, and hanging out on the adirondack chairs in the front yard looking out at the bay. Tammy is very helpful when needed, and I highly recommend her properties as a home base for your trip to the Traverse City area.

Best little getaway

We could not have found a better place! Though it's true you cannot easily access the beach that is just right across the street, this house is so conveniently located with plenty of access points within a couple minutes drive. Perfectly central location for visiting traverse city, northport, and sleeping bear dunes. The house itself is so cute and clean! The basement is not pictured, but it's mostly finished with a ping pong table and other fun games. Tammy, the host, is so thoughtful and is easy to reach should you need anything (though odds are you won't because she's thought of every detail already)! This was our first little family vaca with our 18month old and every thoughtful touch, making it as smooth as possible, did not go unnoticed! We will definitely be staying here each trip to come. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Peaceful, home nearby both traverse city and suttons bay!

Had a lovely time at this home with my wife and two friends in town for a wedding. It is only a few miles from traverse city (away from the wild tourism that sometimes overwhelms the are), and also close to suttons bay. Quite a perfect location! It was very cute and clean and has a beautiful and private backyard with a fire pit (complete with good firewood!) to relax in after a day of exploring the city, wineries, or local beaches. Highly recommend!

A slice of heaven

The vibe in this home is cozy perfection. Everything you could want and more. Such attention to detail and beautifully decorated. The hosts want you to have the ultimate vacation experience and have bend over backwards to make sure you do. It was extremely clean, my husband and I fell in love with this property and will definitely be back.
