Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
The space is a single-room studio apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance. Lovely windows and high-end finishes have been used to create a comfortable atmosphere.
Other things to note:
This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.
Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you can hear street noises from local businesses (late night dance music) or traffic. White noise machines available in the unit to block out unwanted noise and potentially promote more restful sleep.

Sweet little get away
This was such a cute little place to stay at for a short weekend! Every year my husband and i do a yearly trip to Traverse and i have to say this was the perfect place for our visit. Very close to everything downtown and right along the main road for lots to do within walking distance. There is a club right next door so it does stay loud well into the night but with children for the weekend the noise didn't bother us. Would definitely suggest looking into this place for a weekend stay!

Restful, good location
Nice space, very comfortable bed. Convenient for local attractions and restaurants. Loved being right next to the Broadman trail and lake. Also, when we woke up to a flat tire, the tire shop across the street was a life saver.
Might want to put a towel bar in under the dish rack.

Nice location
This is a renovated building right off the downtown area. The 1 bed/ bath unit was clean and nicely maintained. We had an issue with the TV, but that was survivable.

Easy peasy!
The space was perfect for my needs. Needed a space to crash and chill when not out and about…this place was perfect. Easy walking to restaurants and breweries. Ten minutes from/to airport.
The space was clean and ready to go. Fine for a couple of days for couple or single who are just looking for a place to hang and crash at the end of a fun day out and about.

Great place for a weekend
The property was clean, quiet, and a close walk ti everything in traverse city. The property owner was great about communication, leaving great instructions that made the check in process easy. They made sure the let me know they were a short text away from helping us with anything we might need over our stay.

The check in process and communication were great.
The actual studio apartment was just OK. Bathroom floor uneven, kicked it in the middle of the night. The loud music from the NIGHT CLUB RIGHT NEXT DOOR kept me up all night.
