The Apartment Famli Relax BergSeeTraum offers an ideal retreat for two people on 45 m². This well-equipped 2-person-apartment with modern alpine charm is located on the 4th floor with elevator access in “Haus Edelweiss” on the Gerlitzen. The sunny location offers an impressive panoramic view over Lake Ossiach and the Karawanken mountains. The unforgettable sunrise can be seen directly from the living room or balcony – this, along with the paragliders floating by, is one of our special highlights.

The interior of the non-smoking apartment is stylish and well-planned. A separate bedroom with fresh bed linen ensures restful nights, while the modern bathroom is equipped with towels, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchenette features an induction stove, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, as well as a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Plenty of dishes for daily use are also provided. The spacious living area with TV and free Wi-Fi is perfect for relaxing hours after active trips in the mountains.
Dogs are warmly welcome as well.

On the ground floor, the restaurant “Waldschenke Edelweiss” and the in-house pool are available (seasonal opening times - depending on gondola operating times, etc.), offering refreshment and relaxation with a view of nature.
The location is an ideal starting point for outdoor activities, as the (ski) trail to the lift station is only a 5-minute walk away. A free parking space is located directly in front of the building.

The apartment is located nearby to the Kanzelhöhe (lift station) on the Gerlitzen and perfect for mountain lovers. As a nature and recreation area, the Gerlitzen offers a wide range of leisure activities in summer and winter – such as hiking, skiing, high rope climbing, mini golf, archery, mountain biking, paragliding, etc.
It’s the perfect place for wellness, dog owners, and nature enthusiasts.

Nearby trips in the valley: Swimming in Lake Ossiach or Lake Faak, strolls through Villach’s and Klagenfurt‘s charming old town and quick cross-border trips to Italy (Tarvisio) or Slovenia (Kranjska Gora). Even day trips to the Adriatic coast to Trieste, Lignano, or Grado are easily doable in around 2½ hours.
