“Good, clean rooms. Be very careful with the location though, as the gps coordinates from hotels.com are totally off and will send you to the middle of nowhere. The correct location is the official address, not the gps nor the google maps provided from hotels.com.”

“Old-fashioned but very nice place to stay. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room towards the street.....as the hotel wasn't very busy i would've thought I'd be given a room towards the back. Lovely breakfast room and staff. ”

“Staff are lovely and welcoming. Room was clean when we arrived and breakfast buffet had a good choice and was replenished regularly. Watch out for the option to not have your room serviced some days. We opted for this as it was a short stay and didn't realise that it meant not even the bins were emptied. Staying with a baby, we were glad not to have been staying any longer! I'm sure they would have emptied the bins if we'd asked though, the staff really were ever so helpful.”

“When I arrived, my check-in was a little rough but I spoke owner Tony and he was amazing… I passed on my feedback about his receptionist and he’s taken his feedback on really well. Other than that. The hotel is fantastic really good menu. The rooms are really comfortable. The bed was great and parking was Easy ”

“Our first time at The Green Man and we will be returning. Had a great time, accommodation and food excellent. They also have a wonderful front of house called Amanda who was great fun and extremally helpful.”

“Wonderful house in nice surroundings with a large fenced field right next door. Friendly staff, good food and nice breakfast options. Slightly disappointing that our selected and paid for room was not bookable with our dog and we got allocated a smaller cottage room instead even though the hotel is listed as pet friendly. Classic decorations and overall well maintained. However, would not have expected plastic flowers in the conservatory.”
