The front door opens onto a small equipped kitchen, which leads to a large, wonderfully bright living room with a bar. A large bay window opens onto the swimming pool and terrace for your exclusive use.

The spiral staircase leads to the first floor of the "pigeonnier" where you will find a pretty double bedroom and shower room.

The house is just a short walk from the village of Trémolat. A well-known village in the Périgord region, where you can enjoy its terraces, 4 restaurants, little supermarket/ bakery, weekly market (Tuesday morning), water sports centre, etc.

Table tennis is also available here if you wish.

This cosy country home is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing hide-away to discover the Dordogne.
