Hotell nära Trempealeau Mountain

“It is not your modern 4 story block hotel. It is a old style hotel, that has been remodeled and looks great. Very clean and modern. It is family friendly, with area’s for the kids to play outside. Big green grassy area’s. A playground. Free bikes to ride. A picnic area and picnic benches for the family to have a get together. The grounds around the property were neat, clean, and flawless. The Wi-Fi was great. It was very pet friendly. I would stay their again, if in the area.”

“If I could give this B&B 10 stars, I would. Richard has thought of everything. We got there past the normal check in time a bit stressed by very long waits due to road work. Richard greeted us with a glass of wine, gave us a tour of the mansion and phoned a nearby restaurant to ensure that they would still serve us dinner. Our room was lovely and there was Irish cream and chocolates waiting for us before bed. The breakfast in the morning was incredible. We were sorry we could only stay one...

“Our check in was easy and staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfy, we had a pool view it was nice. We ordered from the attached restaurant they were super friendly and nice. Breakfast was good and well stocked, pool area was clean and very well kept.”

“Stopped on our way from Chicago from Minneapolis for an overnight before playing golf and driving on. Average room, beds comfortable enough but loud a/c and traffic on the roads nearby thru the night. Breakfast as almost always in cheap hotels in the US - crap...including the all plastic experience...Glasses, spoons, bowls, plates etc...”

“The staff was friendly, but I noticed right away that the room & bathroom weren't cleaned very well. There was multiple hairs on the bathroom floor & there was bobbie pins & trash on the bedroom floor. Also, I was under the impression there was hot food for the continental breakfast. Instead, they had cold breakfast sandwiches that you had to microwave.”

“My room was clean and comfy. Clean bathroom with good water pressure in shower. Easy access to everything. Breakfast...was ok. Typical waffle maker. Couple other items. Very clean area. Nice outdoor seating too.”

“We were only at the property for one night, but clean and comfortable. They had a nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon that was very good. This was our first time meeting in the pub area near the front desk, and there was a nice group of other parents who had children graduating from college. We enjoyed the company of the others, and the woman that served everyone had a great personality. It was an enjoyable experience.”
