“Stayed one night for a soccer tournament. Was exactly what I was expecting....clean, comfortable and hot shower. Rooms have a TV and fridge. Microwave is on the main floor. No it doesn't have breakfast nor a pool but you know that when you book. Staff was great especially the owner or manager I met this morning. She was very kind. Your paying the lowest price around and your still getting a great hotel. Will return”

“The property is in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpets are extremely stained and dirty and things like the trim in the bathroom and the flooring in the bathroom around the edges is all falling apart. The bed was comfortable but there is no USB by the bed that were functioning which made it very inconvenient. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was just so-so.”

“The room was clean. The staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. The heat was super loud even on low. We asked for more shampoo and conditioner and they must have forgotten about us. Someone must have blown a breaker. We were out of power in the morning for an hour. Just as I was getting ready for work. Very frustrating as it made me late. Not a nice way to start my day.”

“Extremely poor communication. The property was not ready on our check in date so we had to delay our arrival with significant inconvenience and little empathy from the owner. The property was very clean on the inside but was not as well kept outside as one would expect. Exterior pictures are deceiving. Location is awesome. We still have not be able to receive our refund for the one night. The owner is not responding to me at all and VRBO and Expedia just keep referring me back to the owner....
