“Unfortunatley it rained a lot during my stay at red frog which meant a lot of time spent at the hostel. Staff was very stand offish, didn’t seem to like their job at all. Always felt bad for asking about something as if I was disturbing. All in all too hot, ac off most of the time, kitchen was a m e s s and had a moldy smell to it. No handles on the pots and pans and no towels or paper so you couldnt touch the pans nor clean up. Flies everywhere and trash was emptied when we asked them to even...

“The location was just far enough away from the busy Bocas Town it made it feel like we were on our own private island. Attractive rooms with the best view and an overall inviting aura. The thing that made this an 11/10 is the food and food service. Every meal was amazing and served with a friendly smile.
The lounge chairs on the deck made it hard to leave this serine location.”

“One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!”

“Travelling as a family of 4, we got a tiny room with barely any space and NO space for our clothes so we lived in our backpacks.
1st breakfast the owner tried to barter away the included breakfast although I could show proof. Considering we were maybe half of the islands total tourist population at the time one might’ve thought to appreciate us.
