“The hotel is very nice, clean and neat. The location is quite good for families, as it is immediately next to the park/forest which leads to the centre of Bakuriani. The park/forest itself is really appreciable for kids to play. Heater works perfect, and the views on the mountain are stunning!”

“Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. Location is a bit hard to find since it’s not on Google Maps yet, but the Google Plus Code (copy and paste into Google Maps) is: QG3H+VP Bakuriani, Georgia. ”

“The staff are slow, and need some training, they made us wait like an hour and half to check out, and said there's a bowl missing, we didn't use any bowl there!”

“The hotel itself is stunning- location, location, location! However, the staff seems to know this and feels there is no need to provide any level of service. Rooms were not made up daily and when asking for info, the desk staff was as unhelpful as can be. The wellness center was only open for a few hours in the evening (and only some of it was in operation, no towels provided, and the water in the baths was clearly not cleaned with any frequency) The breakfast was ok, but only bad coffee...

“The hotel is well located. The rooms seem to be renovated but already show their age (shower leaking on the floor in the rest of the bathroom). Staff is very friendly and helpful. However the hotel has more of a hostel feel. The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear every noise from the hallway and people talking. You can even hear noise from other rooms. Good value if you don't mind the noise.”

“"Tiflis" was overbooked, do not accept or recognize reservation by hotel.com., declined participation in Hotel.com Family, tried to put in question our reservation and made no effort to help us with other accommodation @ 10 P.M. local time ”

“Very friendly and helpful staff, speaking English snd arranged transport and all wishes. Full board provides lots and varied local of food for good price - not the best but fully satisfied. Quiet place to relax. ”

“Brusebadet var ikke så godt, men ellers var det helt fint. Dejlig store værelser og gode senge. Personalet var også meget venligt, og morgenmaden var rigtig fin 😁”

“Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets.”
