“The property itself was lovely, but our stay was overshadowed by a serious breach of privacy and guest security.
I had planned this trip as a surprise for my wife's birthday, booking a month in advance to make the occasion special.
Unfortunately, just one to two hours after checking in, while my wife and I were already asleep, a staff member used a master key to unlock and open our room without our permission or prior warning.
We later learned that another guest had requested a room transfer,...

“Spent a night here in transit. Convenient location near the airport and overall very nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms and newly built.
Unfortunately we got placed in a room that has an ajoining door to the next room. The door was very poorly insulated and thus we could hear everything going in the next room…which included a Karaoke-hapoy gentleman with poor taste in music.
Eventually we had to call the front desk and have them call him to turn down at 11 pm or so, which he did....

“You only have access to one toilet /shower for a room of 8. It gets quite busy since we're all there for the same reason at the same time. The lookers are quite small, I hate to store my bag under my bed. No towels are provided, there's no soap, bath soap, shampoo or anything. This is just a bed for the night and nothing more. 2 stars bc the staff were amazing and free water. And the bed were comfortable. ”
