“No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...

“This is a hard review to write as I generally say really positive things and have such a good experience with Expedia. We booked this cabin when visiting Lassen National Park. On the plus side:
Great WiFi and TV
Communication
We could walk to the Bambi Inn for dinner the first night
Kitchen was well stocked
On the not so plus side:
The bathroom was dirty
The bathroom needed a total refresh - the paint was in terrible shape as well as broken baseboards and moulding
The immediate area around the...

“We had some pleasant surprises. There was bread, milk, and eggs ready for us as well as spices in the kitchen. Cute patio area, too. Nice bathroom. The beds were fine but the pillows were very basic.
However, the back door to the patio was not as secure as it popped open if you didn’t get it closed just right. That was a bit scary.
Overall it was nice and easy to find.”
